Nathen Maxwell, accomplished bassist of famed Celtic punk band Flogging Molly and indie-rock band VOLORES, has spent the past 25+ years gaining fundamental knowledge of real-time trends and tools of the industry. Ownership in the bands also proved vital to his experience, navigating numerous business ventures that allowed him to cut his entrepreneurial teeth. From campaigns leading to RIAA Gold and Platinum Certifications, to larger endeavors such as the profitable Flogging Molly Salty Dog Cruise, Nathen and his bandmates collectively proved to be an innovative industry force. Assuming an active role in scouting support talent, curating events, and coordinating with major stakeholders, Nathen traversed the corporate side of the music industry, successfully blending his creative vision with a well-founded understanding of the business.
